Returns | Exchanges | Refunds
Please contact us email@example.com we believe that every situation is different and every reason for a return, exchange or refund has to be considered individually.
Bob Oink products are made using the made-to-order production approach, fulfilling only the items our customers actually want, your order is made only for you and in case of a return or exchange the product will be donated and we will make another one for you. Please choose your first-hand order carefully, so together, we could create less waste. Thank you.
Any items sent to us without our approval first will not be accepted for refund / exchange / return.
- All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All items must be returned to us within 5 days of the delivery date
- Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable*
- Invoice must be included in return package
- No returns for orders that use a promo code or during any sales (only exchanges)
- There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over 50 EUR or orders with more than 3 items.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping & we do not refund our costs of shipping the order to you as we still paid shipping to send out (even if it was free shipping).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
After we submit the approved refund You will receive your refund after approximately 5-10 business days.
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing it.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Only regular priced items may be exchanged/returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. If you received more than 10% off your order, it is not eligible for refund or return. This is only eligible for an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
